UGC video examples

Looking for UGC video examples to copy? These five pages give you the parts of a talking-to-camera video one at a time: opening lines, closing lines, whole short scripts, the B-roll shot for a line and the caption look for a niche. Every line was written for these pages, not lifted from someone's ad, so you can reword any of them for your product. Each page also shows how Bang AI, the AI video editor for people who talk to the camera on iPhone, the web and the Mac, handles that part of the edit.

Examples

The five pages

  • Hook examples: first lines sorted by niche and kind, from questions to confessions, with why each one holds a viewer.
  • Call to action examples: closing lines for a shop link, a code, a follow or a comment, and how to show the ask on screen.
  • Ad script examples: whole scripts of 15 to 45 seconds for beauty, fitness and tech, line by line.
  • B-roll examples: one spoken line paired with one shot, so you know exactly what to film for each claim.
  • Caption style examples: a look, an animation, a pacing and a highlight for each kind of video.

Examples or templates?

A template is a structure: the beats to film in order and what each beat is for. An example is a finished piece you can hear in your head, like an actual first sentence or an actual shot. Use a template when you don't know what the video should cover, and an example when you know the plan and need the words. The two fit together: pick a template's beats, then fill each one from these pages.

Borrow the shape, keep your voice

A line works because of its shape, not its exact words. "I almost returned this" works because it promises a turn in the story. Keep that shape and swap in your product, your doubt and your way of saying it. Read your version out loud before you film it. If it sounds like an ad being read, cut words until it sounds like you telling a friend. Brands hire UGC creators for that sound, so don't trade it for a clever line.

Filtered by niche

Every example is tagged with a niche: beauty and skincare, fitness and supplements, or tech, apps and gadgets. The niche changes what proof looks like. Skincare viewers want texture and skin in daylight, fitness viewers want the product in a real routine, and tech viewers want the screen. For a whole page on one niche, see the beauty, fitness and tech editor pages.

From a borrowed line to a cut video

Film each line as its own short clip, and say the hardest ones more than once. Add the clips to Bang AI and press Auto Edit. It cuts the silence, the repeated tries and the ums, and when you pick a length it keeps your hook and your call to action while dropping weaker lines. If Auto Edit picked a recording you like less, swap it for another one of the same line in the editor. Then style the captions and export.

Questions, answered.

Can I use these example lines in paid ads?

Yes. They were written for these pages to be reused, so reword them for your product and your voice, and use them in organic posts or ads.

Are these examples from real brand campaigns?

No. Every line and shot on these pages was written by us as an example, and none of them claims a result. Treat them as starting points to test.

Which page should I start with?

Start with hooks if your videos lose people early, and with calls to action if people watch but don't act. The script page gives you both in one place.

Do I need Bang AI to use the examples?

No. The lines and shots work with any editor. The sections on each page that describe Bang AI show how it handles that part for you.

How often are new examples added?

We add examples and new pages over time. Each page shows the date it was last updated under its title, so you can see how fresh it is.
