Go full screenPut the device just under or beside your lens, so your eyes stay close to it. Mirror the text if it reflects off a prompter glass.
Press Start and readKeep the line you’re saying on the yellow marker. In full screen, Space pauses and the arrow keys speed it up or slow it down.

What speed should a teleprompter scroll at?

Most people read to camera at 130 to 160 words a minute. Start at 140, do one read, and nudge it up or down with the arrow keys until you never wait for the text or chase it.

What does mirror mode do?

It flips the text left to right. A prompter glass in front of the lens reflects the screen, which reverses it, so the mirrored text reads the right way round on the glass.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Where a browser won’t go full screen, as Safari on iPhone won’t for a page, it fills the window instead.

Is my script saved or uploaded?

No. It stays in this tab on your device. Nothing is sent or saved, so copy your script somewhere safe before you close the tab.

Can I read and record in the same app?
