Sign in with Apple, add your clips and press Auto Edit. That is how to use Bang AI on any device. On iPhone you can film your first video with a guided script and the teleprompter; on the web you press Make a Video and drop in your clips; on the Mac you drag clips or a folder in from Finder. Each Auto Edit gives you a new version of the video to watch, fix in the editor and export. One account opens the same videos on iPhone, the web and the Mac.

Bang AI has one way in, Sign in with Apple, on iPhone, on the web at app.morebangers.com and in Bang AI for Mac. Use the same Apple account everywhere and your videos follow you.
On the web, the first time you sign in Bang AI asks a few questions about what you make, then offers "Got a referral code?", which you can skip. If you opened the link inside TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, a bar asks you to open it in Safari or your own browser instead; do that before you sign in.
Credits come with your plan each month, and a typical video uses about 55. Credits shows where to see your balance.
Your first video on iPhone
A new account on iPhone opens with "Let's film your first video": a four-line script of about 20 seconds, filmed with the phone at eye level. Press Start to film it, or "I'll film on my own" to skip. The guided cut runs Auto Edit with Captions and Punch-in Zoom for 50 credits, and shows each stage: Uploading your clip, Hearing every word, Cutting the mistakes, then Your video is ready. From there choose Save to camera roll, Watch and edit or Film another. It is saved as "My first video".
The iPhone home has three tabs: Camera, Videos and Notes.
Film with the teleprompter, or add clips
In the Camera tab, the rail beside the frame holds Flip, Flash, Countdown, Safe zone, Grid, Teleprompter, Overlays and Voice. The teleprompter shows the video's Script field, which also guides the auto edit. Turn on Voice and it scrolls as you speak, or set it with Slower and Faster, and Smaller and Larger text.
Clips you filmed elsewhere go in with Add Clips: choose Photos, Files or Record. Clips upload in the background, sound first, so you can keep working while they go up. While filming, you can also say "overlay" and a few words, and Auto Edit places the matching picture from your overlays; see Spoken overlays.
Upload on the web
Open app.morebangers.com in Chrome, Edge or Safari, outside a private window. Press Make a Video in the sidebar, then choose From your computer, or Your clips to reuse clips you uploaded before.
- Drop videos or a folder anywhere on the window, or choose files. On a phone, press Choose files.
- A folder becomes one video named after it. Loose files become a video named with the day's date.
- .mov, .mp4 and .m4v all work; a file that isn't a video is left out.
- The browser uploads a 720p working copy, and your original stays on your computer.
Keep the tab open until your clips are in. If it closes, add the same files again and Bang AI picks up where it left off.
Upload on the Mac
In Bang AI for Mac, choose File, then Upload Files… or Upload Folder…, or drag clips or folders in from Finder. Each folder becomes one video named after it, so a folder per shoot keeps your videos tidy.
Your originals stay on the Mac, and Bang AI uploads a 720p copy to cut from. Because the originals are right there, the Mac exports at full quality. The sidebar holds Make a Video, Your videos, Folders, Earnings and Settings.
Videos, clips and versions
A video holds two things: its Clips, the recordings you added, and its Versions, the cuts made from them. Every Auto Edit makes a new version, so trying other options never replaces one you already have. On a video, New Version cuts its clips again, Add Clips brings in more and Delete Video removes it. Folders group videos in the sidebar.
In the iPhone and Mac apps, each version's menu holds Open in Editor, Export Pack, Export…, Duplicate, Copy with a New Hook, Rename and Delete. A video holds up to 50 clips.
Then press Auto Edit
With your clips in, press Auto Edit, pick a length and turn options on or off. Bang AI reads what you said, keeps your strongest lines and cuts the silence, the repeated tries at a line and the lines that aren't clear. The button shows the cost first: 40 credits, plus 10 for captions and 5 for spoken overlays. Auto Edit explains every option.
Open the new version in the editor to swap in another recording of a line, fix a caption or trim a clip, then export it. Bang AI doesn't post for you: upload the file to TikTok, Reels or Shorts yourself.
Ask your AI chat
With Bang AI added to ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code, ask in your own words, or paste one of these:
List my Bang AI videos
ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code. Lists your saved videos, newest first, 20 at a time. The chat can edit the ones that have finished cutting.
What clips and sounds can I use in my latest video?
All three chats. Reads that video's own clips and your account's sounds. Pictures and logos aren't in the list.
Give me a link to open my newest video in the web editor
All three chats. Hands you a link to the video in Bang AI's web editor. The link doesn't sign you in, so sign in with Apple when it opens.
Auto edit my clips into a short video
ChatGPT only. Opens Bang AI's Auto Edit card in the chat: pick your clips from your computer, upload them and press Auto Edit. The card shows your credits and the cost first, and the chat never receives your files.

Limits
- Sign in with Apple is the only way to sign in, on every device.
- The guided first video and the teleprompter are on iPhone only.
- A video holds up to 50 clips. Each clip's sound can be up to 30 minutes long; on the web, a longer clip uploads without its sound.
- Bang AI uploads video files only, such as .mov, .mp4 and .m4v.
- The web and the Mac upload a 720p copy of each clip; the original stays on your computer.
- Uploading on the web needs Chrome, Edge or Safari, and doesn't work in a private window.
- Auto Edit understands English and Spanish speech.
Troubleshooting
- Uploading needs Chrome, Edge or Safari.
- Your browser can't prepare the clips. Open app.morebangers.com in a recent Chrome, Edge or Safari and add them again.
- This browser can't read iPhone video.

- The tab closed before my clips were in.
- Open the video again and add the same files. Bang AI picks up where it left off.
- A file that isn't a video was left out.
- Bang AI uploads video files only. Pictures go in as overlays, not as clips.

- You opened Bang AI inside TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. Open app.morebangers.com in Safari or your own browser, then sign in.
Questions, answered.
Do I need an iPhone to use Bang AI?
No. The web app and Bang AI for Mac work without one. You do need an Apple account, because Sign in with Apple is the only way to sign in.
Can I film inside Bang AI on the web or the Mac?
Filming with the teleprompter is on iPhone, in the Camera tab. On the web and the Mac, you upload clips you have already filmed.
Does the web or the Mac upload my original files?
No. Both upload a 720p copy and leave the original on your computer. The Mac exports from the originals; on the web, point Bang AI at them when you export at full quality.
What is the difference between a video and a version?
A video is the set of clips you added. A version is one cut of them. Each Auto Edit adds a version, and the earlier ones stay.
Which languages can I speak in my clips?
English and Spanish. Auto Edit cuts by the words you say, so it suits videos where you talk to the camera in either language.
